Why am I being charged the same price for half the speed after a move?
I moved. Tech downgraded my internet speed from 50 to 25 because he couldn't get 50 to work. ATT is now charging me the same amount for half the speed. Not what I signed up for. Reached out to ATT Cares on Twitter and this was the response... Nothing
