Uverse internet overcharged and bad service
My service keeps getting worse and worse as the price goes up. I was charged for 18 speed for 6 months to a year and could only have 12. Customer service said they would credit the extra amount to my bill but they never did. Also when I did upgrade my plan they said I had a service call and charged me...finally got that dropped. Then they started charging me a equipment fee that I didn't use to have. They are trying to say I received new equipment but I didn't and an still using the router that I had when I signed up for service. This was supposed to be credited to my account and never has been. So why is it that although my service is getting worse I am being charged more and getting charged for things I didn't even have or with the speed sold an upgrade and charged monthly for a service I couldn't even get? And there is a problem with the service going out every couple of nights for a period of time anywhere from 15 mins up to a couple hours. Can some one please tell me what is going on?
