Upgrading internet plan

I'm currenting using the internet 18 plan and want to upgrade without having to schedule an appointment with a technician coming in. I'm wondering if I can just do this online, but I can't find a button anywhere to change my current internet plan. There should be a button to do it under the plans details section in the internet category, but it's not there.

First when checking your address as a NEW customer what is the best speed offered?

IF internet 18 is best (ADSL2+) your only path to upgrade would be ATT AIR.

Otherwise if faster best hardwired speed is offered these would normally be bonded pair upgrade (VDSL FTTN)  or switch to fiber (FTTP)... either would require a tech appointment and a few hours of time to complete the work.
