upgrade service?
When I started using ATT internet many years ago internet 12 was the best they had in my neighborhood. Now that I will be teaching from home it won't provide the bandwidth I need. I need to upgrade but cannot get hold of anyone to check if more speed is available in my area. Any ideas on how to get hold of ATT? (I have been on hold on the telephone 3 times for over 1.5 hours each time)
