I want to know how it works if I want to change my phone for a new one with you like a trade in? and I only have my internet with you.

Just to confirm, you do not currently have mobile service with us?

Here is more information on the AT&T trade in program. You can either:

Buy a new device, trade-in your current one. You will get bill credits for your qualifying trade-in devices or.
Get an AT&T promotion card for your old devices and we’ll send a card you can use towards other AT&T products and services.
