System Outage (Constantly lied to about system update)
My internet was shut off on 7/28 and I was instructed that I can check for updates on the outage, the update reads exactly this:
"An AT&T outage has been identified in your area. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve this as soon as possible. Your services will be restored on 07-29, 04:54 AM."
Okay, whatever, mother nature happens and an entire system is down. I get it. But then 7/29 rolled around and nothing. I looked up the update and the date changed to 7/30. I was shocked. Then I looked again today, to make sure my internet would definitely be up by Monday July 30th. NOPE. Instead I am now receiving a message that it will not be restored until 7/31. That is inexcusable. I have no updates on what the issue actually is and no idea when this issue will be fixed. Going by this record ATT&T has no idea when my internet will be turned back on. Because I'm sure when July 31st hits, I will receive another message that states it will not be turned on till a future date. I can't believe AT&T and cannot WAIT for my contract to be over so I can move on from them. They are poison.
