Still NO internet service
This has been an ongoing issue for over 2 months in the Levy County, FL area. I have had three tech service appts, all my equipment has been replaced with new working equipment. ALL of the status lights are working as they should. I have no service it spins and spins and spins. I have been told this is going to be resolved but nothing is being done. Please advise as to what AT&T plans to do with regards to the overtaxing of their tower in Williston, FL. It is NOT an equipment malfunction.. it is a TOWER issue and needs to be addressed. We all pay monthly for a service WE DO NOT have!

If there's no outage listed, let us know, and we'll take a deeper look at what's going on.

So based on your description I assume this is fixed wireless. If that's correct and they haven't addressed the tower issue file an FCC complaint.
