So my att wifi keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.

Exactly as the title says. It disconnects when the power and broadband are solid green as well. I've tried getting a ethernet cable and connecting the modem to the computer, but that doesn't help.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @fangwang1175,

we're here to help. when did you notice the frequent disconnections? Is this only happening with one device or multiple? Check out our Smart home manager to test your network health. We look forward to your reply.

I’ve been having this same problem for over a year. I was told to increase my speed so I increased from 50 to 100, but I still have the same problem and I’m having the problem right now.

Did anyone find an answer to this? I had this issue with Comcast and switched to AT&T and still have the same issue so it doesn't appear to be ISP issue. 😞

Very FRUSTRATED!!!

Same here ....the router keeps rebooting .... I can get through even a simple tv program without it disconnecting.... Was there ever any solution... Or is it the same run around ....?  I dont need to hear  "Unplug the router for ten seconds... " I just want a solution.. has anyone gotten an answer yet

Currently having the same issue. Sounds to me like it's att that's causing this problem. Cause I used another router and have had times of no internet. Your speed is not an issue if your network loses connection causing apps to stop that requires constant connection.

This has been happening to almost every single customer for over 3 years. AT&T doesn't care. Cancel the service, it's the only viable option.
