Rewards card not received

I have not received my card and phone is never answered by rewards customer service! I see many other complaints of same issue. This has to be intentional.

Hi, @SWITCHTOCABLE.

Have you tracked the card through the Reward Center website? We understand that it can be frustrating to wait for someone to answer the phone, but the Reward Center team at 800-288-9983 are the only ones who would be able to help provide more information about where the reward is.

The tracker shows that card was mailed on 2/29/19. It is now June 13, 2019. The card clearly was never mailed. I am currently holding going on 46 minutes and no one answers. I have filed a complaint with the FCC for fraud. Case number 3327291
