Reward card theft
Pretty amazing that after 3 phone calls to check on it Reward card that I was told it was delivered, activated and used. I never received the card. The final answer I got was report the theft to the police (for $100 gift card), call the store it was used at and see about a refund. Other than that - tough luck. How did the card get activated without my information? And AT&T didn’t really care. Great customer service (sarcasm) and they acted like it was my fault.

I have already done this and - after being passed around three times - the answer I got was basically “tough luck”. Not sure how someone would be able to activate and use a gift card that was supposedly for my utilization. Typical big company response and customer service (or lack thereof). Ashamed that I just got a new phone, moved my internet and re-upped my wireless with AT&T. Guess this is what I get for being a long term customer who pays their bills.

This is a complete scam and fraud and AT&T is DEFINITELY INVOLVED... I had a $250 physical reward card that never reached my mail box. I know this because my mail box locks and has had no tampering.. The reward cards are never making it to peoples mail boxes. Which means that either someone at AT&T or someone at the USPS is in on this and taking the cards...
The $250 card I was supposed to receive was taken and activated 2 days after AT&T said they mailed it. It was used the day after at a Walmart in Davie FL, 30 min away from where I live. I haven't stepped foot in a Walmart in 10 years and never go to Davie FL...
AT&T has made it clear they could care less about this. Their Rewards Dept told me to call the Fraud Dept. An hour later after being transferred 4 times, the Fraud department is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERIVE I'VE EVER HAD, COMPLETELY RUDE AND COULD CARE LESS... And the guy tells me with complete attitude that there's nothing he can do and I have to talk to the reward center... It's a complete (Edited per community guidelines) circle they put you in. They guy provided zero help and literally hung up..
Literally had one of the officers at Miami Police Department tell me while she was taking the complaint that she had the same thing happen to her a year ago....
THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND FRAUD.. REPORTING YOU TO THE POLICE AND FBI IF I HAVE TO... SICK OF CORPERATE SCAMS.

they are lying and they know that there is not way to confirm. This is their tactic to deceive new customers. With me they claimed that I already donated the cards to an agency that I never heard of. I asked for a proof and they have no answer. Scam
