Received the wrong reward
I signed up for new service and was supposed to receive a $100 gift card with an additional $50 gift card. I received the email with the code for the $100 gift card but then received an email with a code for online game access which is worthless to me. I spoke with the rewards center chat and they said they couldn't help me until an additional 30 days of service(?).

We know that you want to get the reward you actually signed up for, Patskids937.
As the Reward Center advised, you'll have to wait the additional 30 days, then reach out to the rewards team to have them send you the $50 reward card.
If you need help with anything else in the meantime, don't hesitate to reach back out.
