Rebate for ordering service
I ordered ATT Fiber for my home in Jan. Got confirmation from the rebate center on Jan. 11 that it was received and would be processed. 10 months later and I am still waiting. Worse, the rebate center customer care must have only one agent available as I have been on hold for 90 minutes (before getting hung up on) and have been waiting on the phone for another 70 minutes so far. Any suggestions on how to get the rebate I am due? I like my Fiber service but this is disappointing

I have not heard back from you and am not sure where and when I am supposed to go on to chat. Is there any other way to discuss this...phone, email, etc?
Getting frustrated, ready to terminate ATT Fiber and go back to Charter

At this point I am ready to cancel my ATT Fiber service and plan to do so on Sunday, Oct. 16th if I don't hear from you or someone in customer care. It is absurd that it should be so hard to get my $150 reward card for ordering your service.
