Over charge

I was supposed to be charged 4995 for my Internet for the last four months and I was told I was going to be credited the $10 overcharge the last four months and now I’ve got my new bill and I don’t see any credits for the past of the overcharge on my Internet I didn’t have a promotion I didn’t have a special it’s what it was supposed to be normally I have called and talk to people several times to know a veil I really hate that I would have to cancel on my services with you guys I have phones Internet and TV and I am receiving no help with this issue

I have spoken with somebody over the telephone at least six times about this problem you guys are not solving my problem or my issue I really hate that I’m gonna have to leave AT&T I have five cell phones with you guys Internet and TV and all I’m telling you is you’re over charged me $11 for the last four months so I’m asking for a refund of $44 plus tax and you can’t do that that’s really sad
