No internet

This is so ridiculous,  I have not had internet for the past 3 days and this isn't the first time this has happened. I get the run around from the customer service and when I set up an appointment for them to come, no one shows up. I work from home and have had to take days off because of this, what should I do?

Your only choice is to keep reporting it.  Have you used the troubleshoot and resolve site?  Going down means what?  Does your modem say you've lost service?  If it does than reporting it is the only option you have.

I've tried the troubleshooting with the phone reps and all. I'm so frustrated!

Not with the reps using troubleshoot and resolve. You didn't answer the question is your modem indicating you're loosing signal.

I have the same issue 10 homes in my neighborhood been calling since Thursday and getting the run around - a tech said cut cable and no one has come out to fix the issue.  I too work from home and now they say next week what a joke!
