New Sim card says emergency y calls only
Hello, I just came to the State for business, and I bought a new AT&T sim card with a $30 prepaid card. I activated the Sim card and put all the required information, but unfortunately Sim card says "Emergency Calls Only". ! When I open my AT&T account I can see my full plan. By the way my phone is Samsung A22. Any help please?

Hello Qasem, we're here to help look into why you're getting the emergency calls only message.
The make and model of the phone would have to be a compatible device to work on our network. The Samsung A22 is not showing on the current list.

I've tried the Sim card in different devices, Honor X9 and Huawei P40 Pro, and still ig gives me the same message. In this case, how can I get back my money?

We'd be more than happy to give you more context on if your Honor X9 and Huawei P40 Pro will work on our network, Qasem,
The SIM card will not work for your Honor X9 and Huawei P40 Pro, because they will not work on our network. You can use this resource to check out our list of compatible devices that will work on our network.
Our next recommendation would be to view our list of compatible unlocked devices. You will find that both devices are not that list either.
As far as your refund question, we suggest reaching out to the company or 3rd party that you originally bought the device from and look into returning it.
