It's 2020 and all I can get is 1.5Mbps...

How do I get someone at AT&T to start the ball rolling on some type of faster internet in my neighborhood? Literally every single house is itching to give AT&T money, and all we get are rumors that it's coming in 6 months. That was 5 years ago.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, @vertigorider! We would be happy to help point you in the right direction.

Check out our post regarding internet availability and the limitations that are involved in providing services for more information on why you aren't getting higher speeds. You can also submit a request to have your area investigated for Fiber availability under "Looking for Fiber for your Neighborhood or Building?"

If it turns out there isn't any way to bring you faster infrastructure, we recommend checking out Fixed Wireless Internet, an internet solution for those with no or limited access to traditional internet.

We hope this helps.
