Is AT&T Internet 10 DSL? Will it be phased out?

There is no fiber in my area and the only plan I could get was Internet 10.

ATT still calls it U-Verse but since it's copper based, I assume it some kind of DSL?

If this is the case, I heard that ATT plans to stop offering DSL in 2020.

Is this true?
