Internet speed is jumpy.

so my internet speed goes from 22mbps to 15 to 4 to 1 to like 200kbps making me extremely laggy with anything i try to do and sometimes it just goes out completely like someone restarted it and i either have to restart it myself or just wait for it to stop acting up i already contacted customer support but they're obviously no help at all. i have the 24mbps plan

Are you able to monitor your upstream usage, and/or your downstream usage outside of the testing you're doing?


A lot of the time, the sort of issues you're reporting are caused by traffic you didn't expect or know about.
