Internet speed down to 22 mbps after upgrade to internet 75

Today, I upgrade my service from Internet 25 to Internet 75.  An technician visit my home for install new line and replace my equipment.  After all his jobs done, the internet back online but, the speed dropped to 22/2 mbps.  My old Internet 25 speed was 30/4.5 it's about 30 % drop in downstream and whopping 55 % drop in upstream.

How can I fix the problem ?

My gate way model is 210-700.

I connect my laptop to the gateway by CAT5 ethernet cable.

I called AT&T customer service yesterday. 

AT&T dispatch a technician today to solve the problem.   

He checked all the lines through out my house and replace residential gateway.   No more speed problem, I got 80/23.  I'm happy camper now.
