ATT doesn’t sell WiFi but you can get internet service (WiFi included) for $10 if on food stamps. More info here:

It should be noted...
* Have to reside at an address within ATT footprint where hardwired service is offered, this is about 80% of all ATT addresses within 21 state footprint.
* be eligible, annually
* best speed would be internet 25, if available... may also be 10, 5 or less... considering the size of household and number of devices, many may find enough bandwidth available for what they desire.
* no recent unpaid bills to ATT
* subject to standard TOS including data cap (150G or 1T), overage charges ($10 per 50G), and late fee ($9) if not paid by due date.
