Is it true that you can get WiFi for 10.00 if you are on government assistance such as food stamps or Medicaid?

ATT doesn’t sell WiFi but you can get internet service (WiFi included) for $10 if on food stamps. More info here:
It should be noted...
* Have to reside at an address within ATT footprint where hardwired service is offered, this is about 80% of all ATT addresses within 21 state footprint.
* be eligible, annually
* best speed would be internet 25, if available... may also be 10, 5 or less... considering the size of household and number of devices, many may find enough bandwidth available for what they desire.
* no recent unpaid bills to ATT
* subject to standard TOS including data cap (150G or 1T), overage charges ($10 per 50G), and late fee ($9) if not paid by due date.
