Internet Plan Upgrade & Bundling Discount

I currently receive a $20 per month discount on my current internet plan and am considering upgrading to the next level plan. Will I still receive the bundling discount? It is not reflected when I select the new plan on the AT&T site. Also, does the upgrade require a technician be dispatched or can it be accomplished systematically?
