Internet Issue
AT&T is the worst internet provider. My internet is slower than a turtle then when you I them/chat, set up for the technician to come to my house. The technician did not show up and no phone call was made the he's not able to make it. I've waited 4 hours for nothing. There's no follow-up phone call and AT&T had the nerve to send me a text message to request for a feedback and to rate the technician. How do rate a technician who did not show up? The worst of the worst.

i have an appointment today since they did some troubleshooting on my internet service. The rep said it showed an issue with my modem, which was just replaced a month ago. Hopefully they do show up between 1pm and 4pm today. Im waiting on Google Fiber to get in our neighborhood but till then i need to deal with this nonsense...

5268 I have both network names / passwords set the same.
for Google Fiber, San Antonio, TX. Some neighborhoods are already active..
