Intermittent WiFi

My laptop continually has the internet kicked out. It has Windows 10 and is set up to auto connect but does not. When you restart it connects, but once you leave and come back it is disconnected over and over. Occasionally the Genie, my phone and iPad loses the connection too. Please help..

Please provide the type/model of your AT&T provided router/gateway.

 

My first take based on your experience is that you have a circuit issue. Please install the MyATT app on your iPhone or iPad and use the troubleshooting feature which will test your circuit and more.
