I returned my free trial equipment and AT&T is still billing me?

I was promised in a printed chat a 14 day hassle free trial of the mobile hot spot that didn't end up working out. I returned the hotspot by UPS mail and confirmed with at&t they received it. I have a recording of a rep on the phone that told me my bill and account would be cancelled but they both still exist.

 

Please delete my account and this bill - My device was returned during the trial period and I have already spent hours on the phone and in person...

This a forum that is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other  customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user. This is a public forum and personal information should never be included in any post. We are just customers same as you we cant adjust or delete anything for you and at&t does not follow these forums, as i said in my previous post you can message a moderator and hope that they will respond but with over 10k posts per day you may be waiting a long time
