I returned my free trial equipment and AT&T is still billing me?
I was promised in a printed chat a 14 day hassle free trial of the mobile hot spot that didn't end up working out. I returned the hotspot by UPS mail and confirmed with at&t they received it. I have a recording of a rep on the phone that told me my bill and account would be cancelled but they both still exist.
Please delete my account and this bill - My device was returned during the trial period and I have already spent hours on the phone and in person...
