I had DSL less than 24 hours ago and now they are saying its unavailable.

So I live in a rural area about 2-3 miles from the town and I was online doing school work, socializing, etc, then the internet light shut off (Which happens time to time (for me at least) ). I called support and gave them my home phone number. They come back with "DSL is unavailable in your area." But I had it not even 24 hours ago? Are they trying to get rid of DSL in my area?

@JohnT1992 Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to us on social media community forums and sharing your concern with us! We understand how confusing must have been for you to be informed that the service recently installed at your home was not available at your area, we apologize for any customer experience that might have concerned you. Assistance over social media is mainly dedicated to billing concerns of existing accounts, however I'll be more than glad to share with you some helpful information in order to take care of your issue! Currently the DSL accounts are being handled by our DSL department, the AT&T representatives don't have access to DSL accounts, so you just need to give us a call at 877-677-2384 or you can also access to this link: http://soc.att.com/2sTwNi5 so you can chat with our DSL department. Please don't hesitate in contacting us back if you need further assistance with any other concern, we'd be happy to help anytime! I wish you a nice weekend. @YasminL community specialist.
