I can’t connect my internet to my new Direct TV service.

Just got Direct TV yesterday. Hate it so far. Spent hours on the phone trying to get my WiFi network connected. Service worker won’t be out until next week. Any ideas?

No, not specifically Stream. I have been through the steps of connecting my network at least 20 times. I can’t get on Direct TV On Demand, but I also can’t get on YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime video, etc.

You don’t get You Tube, Netflix or amazon prime through your directv receiver. Those all require your smart tv or streaming device be connected to WiFi. Directv has nothing to do with any of those services. As for on demand from your Directv receiver, it can take 2-3 days before that is available because the on demand catalog has to download. In other words, your Directv receiver may be connected. Suggest you post in the Directv forum.
