How to reactivate a cancelled internet service?

I am needing my wifi back for school and am having a difficult time doing that. I have an account number but cannot log into my at&t account, i do not have an email for it either. I’ve called the support line multiple times, paid off an old bill that was due and can’t seem to get any further along in the process. Any help would be great!
