How to get Internet service?
I bought a house and tried getting AT&T internet. They say it is not available in my area. My neighbor has it! They asked for her address and told me its not available for her either...yet she has it! I spoke with one person today that said I could get it and got cut off now everyone I talk to says I can't. How can a house a stones throw away have internet yet I can't get it?

How do you know her Internet is provided by ATT ?
Is it DSL or U-verse ?

Hello @craftyschild,
This usually means they have capped the area. Meaning no more new order can be placed. So while the address might be within range, we just can't sell it in that particular area anymore. If your neighbor was to disconnect and then try to re-order, they would be turned down as well.
