Google Stadia: Please add 35 MBPS to Non-Fiber Internet in Houston! I need it!

Please add 35 MBPS to Non-Fiber Internet! .... I need it for Google Stadia!  Will it be implemented?  In the parts of Houston there's no Fiber Internet.  Also can you make Unlimited Data Cap cheaper too?  I read it's $30 dollars.  Can you add Dedicated Bandwidth with 35 MBS at 77095?  Please and as soon as possible!
