Fixed Wireless Routing Issues
Why has service been so poor since December? There is nothing wrong with my router, or antenna (as confirmed by technician that came to my house). Connection to ATT runs at full speed, but from anywhere OUTSIDE of ATT's network is horrible. There is obviously a bottleneck / throttle on your end somwhere. Why can't this be corrected? Examples taken Sunday morning 10-11 AM:
Connection to ATT is great (and used to be everywhere else):

But outside of the ATT Network:

5: Another

Have you met the minimum for the "Connect America Funds" you were provided, and now are making the service so horrible we all want to cancel?
Please do something about this!

There's a ton of us with the same issue. There's a 5 page thread in another section of the forums we've all been writing in:

So far AT&T refuses to acknowledge any issue, despite there obviously being multiple. We've only had one forum mod reply to one thread once and it was basically saying to shut up
