Fixed Wireless Internet Outage for 3 Months With No Solution
I have been very happy with my ATT Fixed Wireless for several years, but in early May 2022, my internet went out and no one on the main customer service or technical service lines will help me. I have even asked to have a repair person sent to my home but they refuse. The standard answer I get every time I call is that "there is a tower outage and it will be fixed in 24 hours". They are happy to forgive my bill each and every month because they can see the outage, but they won't tell me if or when it will really be fixed. Does anyone know of a local route to try to get ahold of someone nearby before I cancel my account? I am quite tired of having to call every month to avoid the bill.
