Email

I have an email account with att even though I no longer have service with you. Saturday morning I was able to access my email account, but since then my password won't let me in.

I've tried to reset it, but the recovery email account is no longer valid. How can I reset my password?

Hello, @tigger66!

We'd be happy to help you reset your password for your AT&T email. These steps should give you a chance to change the password without using the recovery email address:

  1. Visit the Forgot Password page.
  2. Select Password.
  3. Enter your full AT&T email address and your last name.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. From the drop-down menu, select I'll answer my security questions.
  6. Answer the security questions that you set for your account.
  7. Select Continue.
  8. Follow the prompts to create your new password.
