To receive an upgrade would need a new FULL TECH INSTALLATION... couple hours of time working both outside and inside of home to provide a BONDED (Broadband 1 and Broadband 2) service.

The signal is sent down both lines combined at the gateway.

Internet 75 or 100 is only available as BONDED PAIR install on a K or N card with protocol 17a

Your current service is on a F card, note NO MAX UPSTREAM reported using protocl 8d.

The tech would need to move your existing service to a newer card (port swap) and connect the 2nd pair to the same card. Each card has 48 ports, if all were for bonded service that is 24 accounts per card.

Next is verify at the service terminal, connect the drop, update the NID, inspect and change inside wiring if needed, connect the 2nd pair at jack or replace the jack. Gateway may be replaced depending on your current model, will need a dual band wifi unit of 599, 5268 or 210-700.

Internet 75/20 would have a profile of 90/22 if have Uverse IPTV service, less if internet only.

Once completed your above stats would display line 1 and line 2...

A balanced pair would be about 45/11 per line on profile (sync rate).

Edit... your noise margins are very good, if your distance from VRAD is 1000 feet or less (about 1.5 blocks) should be able to receive 100/20.

Earthlink is a reseller of ATT and other telco services such as CenturyLink, etc...

If your service is signed up through Earthlink, you will need to contact them to see if they can offer internet 75 or not as a reseller....

IF there is an additional charge, again need to ask them.

For ATT service it is the best speed your address can support based upon facilities available. Meaning needs to have newer card available such as the mention K or N card... if only F cards are available then internet 75 is not likely to be an option as not enough upstream on a F card. Thus might be able to receive bonded 45/6 on F card instead of the 50/10 on K or N card at a longer distance.
