Disconnected from server

Often my email claims that I'm no longer connected to a server.

And this happens consistently at home.

Also, I don't recall EVER getting three out of five "bars" at home!

Please help!

Let's make sure your internet's working properly, @thanlon553

 

If you haven't already, you may want to try using our Smart Home Manager app to check for Wi-Fi strength and troubleshooting tips. If you scroll down to where it says Smart Home Manager features, you'll find instructions. 

 

Are any other devices having trouble connecting to your internet? We want to know if it's being caused by your internet connection or the email client itself.
