Why don't you just change the wifi password and see if the usage reduces?

We did that (changed our wifi password) and it didn't help. We have the same issues re data usage and just got notified that it's at 90% again!!
Oopa! My bad! I was referring to DATA usage not WIFI. However, we were told our wifi usage was high so we upgraded to another plan and we have never got ANYWHERE NEAR WHERE THEY SAID OUR USAGE WAS BEFORE. Seems like we really didn't need the upgrade! Hmmm.....

I'm having the same issue. Did you ever find a solution?
I am having this issue, and the oddest thing is that the SHM is accurate, but the billing usage is about twice that. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I have started unplugging the router at night, updating my passwaord, etc. but it doesn't really seem to make much difference. I feel like the router isn't secure and don't understand why ATT can't seem to help with this after many chats and phonecalls....
