Yesterday I spoke to someone at customer service about issues with internet service. To cut to the point, he promised me an upgrade and a better price. Then the call was dropped.
today I called back and spent 30-minutes on the phone covering everything that was discussed yesterday. He offered me a price higher than yesterday. Without saying anything else about our conversation, finally I had to tell him it was a dealbreaker if I couldn’t a lower price. He promised me a lower price by $8. I agreed and repeated what he promised. When I got home I looked at my email that directed me to my new plan and price. The price was not what was promised. It’s the original higher price. I am very upset he outright lied to me. I don’t want to go through customer service. The man works in that department.
Who do I call now? On top of that my upgrade is not working. I have no internet.
