Customer Service Issue
My home High Speed Internet has been out for 5 days!!!! Can’t get resolved! First sent me new modem, didn’t solve issue. then sent out tech yesterday- he said it will take a 3rd party to rewire at neighbors behind me!!! Said they would be here first thing this morning and they didn’t show up! Still no internet and no service! Help! Has anyone ever had this problem?
