Connection constantly dropping

Hi, so I've been dealing with choppy a connection almost all day today. It has got to a point where I am about to lose my mind. I play casino games online, okay? When you start a game, deposit money, and they get a connection timeout, you lose whatever winning spin you played. I can't have that. I've been an AT&T customer for years, but y'all are pushing my buttons right now. 

Also, please don't tell me to restart my router again, or to check if the website I'm trying to access offers a 'secure connection', okay? I've tried playing on just about all of the top-rated sites [EDITED] and I can't get one round of slots in before my connection craps out on me. Not only am I paying for a service that I am obviously not receiving, but I'm also literally losing money in the process. 

Is there ANYTHING that can be done to solve this issue for me? I can't handle another day of laggy internet that drops all the time.

Morning @SanJones33,

Are you having issues with any other apps or trouble streaming? If so, this points to a possible issue with your internet connection. 

One of many things to try is optimizing your modem environment. Not too many people know this but a poor environment can cause connection issues. Check out our Poor Wi-Fi solution page on steps you can take like moving your modem higher or updating the wireless channel.
