Connected Car Data Service and Plans

The link from the ATT connected car service website to pay for an enhanced or new plan has been broken completely for at least over a week. Since they have no customer service support, link or information for this service, how can we tell them that we can't pay for more data? Does anyone have any idea? The main ATT website doesn't even list Connected Car as a service, it is a totally different site and the microsoft azure gateway has been down for so many days.

Thank you for reaching out. You can receive assistance on your Connected Car account by calling 800.331.0500 and entering the phone number for the vehicle when prompted to be routed to Connected Car Customer Care. That department is open from 9am to 9pm Eastern on Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Saturday, and 10am to 7pm on Sunday.
