Card expired by six days

On top of the pandemic, I had to move twice since the winter storms happened in Texas. I misplaced my card and found it today August 6, 2021. The card says valid through 08/2021. I called to check to see if it was good through this month and received no help. The agent said sorry it’s expired and she couldn’t help. This is really bad business. We have the pandemic going on and multiple shut downs. I get to return home this month after repairs were completed as a result of the winter storms destroying my home. I’m not sure I will be staying with AT&T when I move service again.
