ATT reward giftcard never recieved in mail and activated and used
I have been trying to get help with 2 giftcards from ATT rewards center and customer service and no one will help me. I claimed my rewards online and it was sent in the mail but after checking my mail everyday I called ATT and they advised me that the 2 giftcards were activated and used at Walmart. I was shocked to hear this as I didn't activate or use them and despite anyone I speak with, they all tell me they can't do anything about it. It was used fraudulently and they are refusing to replace them even (Edited per community guidelines) a police report.
This is wrong and unacceptable yet no one including supervisors are willing to help.
ATT customer service needs to do the right thing for their new and existing customers .
Any advice on who to speak with. I'm tired of calling and I was relying on to these funds.
