ATT Pricing / Speed / Data Caps --- Really?
I was browsing for providers at my new address. And the speeds ATT offers are terrible (zip code 91406 - Los Angeles). The pricing (even the promo rates) are laughable AAAANNNNDDD DATA CAP of 1TB a month. Who in their right mind would sign up with you guys? I'm seriously asking. Who and why?

There are several markets where ATT is the ONLY option.. (for wired service, anyways.)
With no competition, you can charge anything you want, and folks have to pay, or not get any service.
Unless, you want to go with cellular, satalitte, or even dial up.
There are many news stories that refer to the fact that big tel lobiests persuade state and local legislatures to restrict competition...
Now, in areas they DO have competition, the prices can be fairly resonable. (good luck)
