ATT prepaid not working

After doing a factory reset I was able to access my nighthawk dashboard. After I wanted to add more data to my plan so attempted to go to att.com/myprepaid as listed in the message which appeared on the dashboard. After going to the website struggling with multiple website failures I managed to make it to the website only to look on the charger for my nighthawk router and type the 10 digit number only to be declined. Also the reset password was not fully sent to the number which I gave. I have already tried turning my phone on and off and reloading the website only to see multiple errors pop up each time I loaded the website. What can I do to add more data or just change my data plan on general?

If you're having trouble accessing our website to process add-ons for your account, then we advise that you take advantage of our automated phone service option.

 

You can use the following steps, to process:

  1. Call 800.901.9878 (611 from your AT&T wireless phone).
  2. Follow the prompts to say Account changes.
  3. Enter your four-digit password, if prompted.
  4. Follow the prompts to say Buy add-ons.
  5. Select the type of add-ons you want to hear about.
  6. Choose the add-on you want.
  7. Say Add it (press 2).
  8. Follow the prompts to verify your change and confirm your service change.
