An honest AT&T review...
My experience with this company has been nothing but a nightmare.
This has to be the worst internet provider on earth.
The only reason I have AT&T is because I have no other choice in the apartment complex I live...
This people will lie right to your face just to get you to sign up with them.
I was told I was gonna be able to upgrade that trash 75mbps internet I got, by the end of this month (May 26, 2021).
She (the agent I spoke with before signing my death warrant) was so jolly at the fact that I wanted to upgrade to the maximum velocity that she told me I was gonna be able to do that at the end of the month, if not before that!
Not gonna happen.
She put all kinds of happy faces in that chat!
Of course me, gullible FOOL, took her words as fact and signed up, waiting for the moment to upgrade.
They told me that there won't be any internet upgrades in the mean future!
I was cheated into signing up!
A complete lie! A very dishonest person and company!
I'm guessing this agents can get away with (Edited per community guidelines) cause for sure it's not the only time she has done that!
That was a super weak move from AT&T...
Then they tried to tell me it was probably a misunderstanding!!!!
I was gonna lose my s**t...
AT&T seriously tried to take me for a (Edited per community guidelines) fool...
I have never been so disappointed and DISRESPECTED!
But yeah, knowing AT&T THEY WILL DO SQUAT ABOUT IT!

But it’s the only internet available at your apartment what would you do if you didn’t sign up? And 75 is a very respectable speed. I only get 6 at my house with no issues

And no, 75mbps is not a "respectable" anything.
And you got 6 what? 6mbps? 6 years? What you got dial up? Where on the AT&T page says they got 6 of internet? Don't test my patience
Don't be trying to guiltrip me with that 6 of yours and much less be defending AT&T deceitful practices.
Then again, you're an AT&T employee. Say otherwise and you're out.

Nobody is threatening you. I said if you speak against AT&T's malpractices, you were out.
Keep reading it the way you want to bro.
The fact that AT&T cheats on people and employees like you defend that is what's wrong with companies today.
