100 reward card for new internet
when i called to order new internet services for my house i was told i was to get a 100 visa reward card and its been 2 months already and i havent seen or heard anything again about it. I believe my package is tge att internet 100 something plan idk

I was originally promised a $600 reward card. Once I got information for it through email, I entered the code number they gave me and it came back as a 100 reward card. I'm like "ok where's the rest?!" Didn't really trip because I thought that the $100 would be nice. Yeah well it would be if I can actually (Edited per community guidelines)ing get it. Smh. I checked the "tracker" thing and it said it got mailed out 11/15 here we are now 11/30...excuse me but it don't take no (Edited per community guidelines) two weeks to get here. I'd gotten mail from (Edited per community guidelines)ing Cali that literally came three days later so where the (Edited per community guidelines) is my "promised" visa card?! Yeah jokes on me for believing that rachet rep telling me at first about the $600...😂😂😂 I got a joke for y'all ✌

I was supposed to receive a $200 Visa Rewards card 6 weeks after I signed up for 300MB internet. Installation was on December 18th I received a $100 Dollar card email on Dec. 22nd. I texted called Ryan Perry the installation Manager Who said he would help me and he did not get back to me for 2 weeks (he was out with an injury). I called Ryan again and he finally got back on Jan. 7th. When I went to the site to get the $100 gift card it was not available anymore. What do I do?
