xbox wi-fi connection

our xbox is not connected to wi-fi but it was yesterday. I don't see where I can reconnect the xbox

Good Morning @bryant2018,


Normally we do not support gaming systems, but the Xbox console is right up our alley. Depending which Xbox console you have, you have a variety of options.  Here are some troubleshooting steps to help you get started.


  1. Restart your AT&T internet equipment by unplugging it for 30 seconds
  2. Plug the AT&T equipment back in and wait until it reconnects to the internet.
  3. Depending on what mode your console was started in(quick or full) What we want you to do is click on this link: Power cycle your Xbox Console
  4. Also, you might want to do a Wifi connection test on the console itself, to do that you will need to contact Microsoft. Please click on this link  Microsoft Contact page

Try these steps first, if not, and all your other devices are connected to the Wi-Fi, please contact Microsoft for further assistance.
