There is no internet signal nor WiFi. Please help. Been on phone waiting for customer service for 3:41minutes.

We recommend using AT&T's FixIt Tool to troubleshoot, it is fast and the best option as this time. Just text Text myATT to 556699.
A quick fix may be resetting the router.
