Why have so many tech installations no showed?

I was just stood up FOR THE 4TH TIME!!!!!
Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time, AND they are charging me for my first month of internet service, they have no showed me on June 30th, July 5th, July 7th, and today July 24th!
I've spent hours on the phone rescheduling, just spent and hour and was told I could start a dispute process on the bill after installation is complete and they will call be back for another reschedule. This is beyond horrible!
