Why can’t you keep service call appointments why, or how can you schedule an appointment that you can’t keep?
I was told that I would have a service technician at my house between 10am and noon today. Someone called me at 1pm and told me that they were running late. It is now 7pm and still nothing. What am I to do?

Reschedule? Our yard had 14 installers and are down to 2 due to covid. They are short handed and the appointments are a dispatch on demand. If they get hung up on an install or repair and there’s no one to go then it’s rescheduled. Dispatch is the dept dropping the ball as they are suppose to call each missed appointment and try to reschedule.
